Dear Valued Customer,

Following the announcement from the Prime Minister on 23/03/2020 advising all non-essential businesses to carry out daily work due to the covid-19 virus. We have been forced to make the decision to delay any scheduled gate installations until businesses are advised to function again. Unfortunately we are unable to obtain building materials, steel and parts required as our suppliers are also in lockdown and closed.

We will be able to attend emergency call outs and gate breakdown issues. If parts are requiring that need to be ordered, then the fix will be postponed until the current lockdown situation is lifted.

Quotations for future work can still be carried out, access to the dwelling and contact with the customer will not be required. All imagery will be viewed from our online catalogue or customers emailed photographs.

Electric Gate Servicing

Annual gate servicing and maintenance is very much a part of the total service we provide. Annual maintenance and servicing is important to ensure the equipment continues to run as smoothly and safely as the day it was installed.

Servicing costs

  • On demand call out (standard office hours only)
    £80.00 + £35.00 plus VAT per man hour + materials.
  • Annual servicing agreement
    £160.00 plus VAT per visit – usually one per annum and includes a full service report.
  • Full Force test – £320 plus VAT
  • Risk Assessment (visual inspection) – £120 plus VAT
